Maya Devi Goel Public School was opened in the year 1995 at Ahmedgarh, Ludhiana (Punjab) by the Purshottam Das Goel Trust. Mr. Madan Lal Goel, the founder chairman of the school laid the foundation of this instuition in the loving memory of his beloved mother Late Smt. Maya Devi Goel, with the desire to instruct the youth and lead them along a purposeful path in their course of life.
