In the year 1984 Mumbai Utkal Samiti started an English medium school by the name "Mumbai Utkal English High School", to cater to the educational needs of the lower middle class people residing in the local communities of Kurla, Mumbai. The initiative was to provide the best possible English medium education within the affordable fees. The High School is recognized by the Dept. of Education, Govt. of Maharashtra and has been recognized as a “Minority Educational Institutionâ€
