Having a campus of 20 acres is considered a luxury in the modern era of vertical school construction. It is inconceivable to imagine a world without high rise structures and an abundance of open space for sports and other outdoor activities, such as football and cricket fields. Nath Valley is able to take pride in precisely that. The surrounding flora enhances the campus's aesthetic appeal and gives students a welcoming setting. At Nath Valley, there is a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:15, which is extremely uncommon in today's schools. This provides us an advantage over other schools because it allows us to provide each kid with individualized attention, to comprehend their problems, and to collaborate with them to find solutions. The teacher's workload in terms of corrections is also lessened by the low ratio, which allows them to focus more on the problems of the studentsHomework is something that terrifies students and keeps them occupied after the school hours as well, therefore, not allowing them to enhance other skills of theirs. The No Homework policy at Nath Valley allows them to have free time after school so that they can use it to pick up various skills and enhance their personality. This does not mean that we do not take academics seriously, during school hours, children are given an hour for self-study every day wherein they do all that they otherwise will be doing for homework.Clubs give kids the chance to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge, much like hobby classes do. Approximately fifty such club activities are available in Nath Valley, including debate, dancing, music, symphony, needlework, numerous artistic mediums, podcasting, and coding, to mention a few. Twice a week, clubs are held. The clubs' work is displayed during school exhibitions, annual days, and other activities both inside and outside the school. Our kids' personalities are greatly enhanced by the clubs they participate in.The Morning Assemblies are a sacrosanct part of our daily routine at NVS, where all students and teachers get together. We start off with a prayer followed by the National Anthem. Every assembly includes a short skit or some speech which either talks about the essential values of life or the greatness of people who are an inspiration for us. The current news too is presented to spread awareness amongst all students. These give an opportunity to every student to come on the stage and face the audience, eventually boosting their self-confidence.This is the time given to students once every week where they learn to, make things like paper bags and bags out of sarees, decorate diyas, taking care of flowering plants/ vegetables. These products can then be used for gifting them to others and they can be used by the students and teachers also. This instils in the children the dignity of labor. There is nothing new in having a student council, most schools have them, But the way they work and the strata that they have is what makes us different. The council helps not only in the day to day disciplining of students, but also in conducting various inter and intra-school events. The council consists of students from classes 10 to 12. Then they are ably assisted by the prefects from every class. The training for instilling leadership quality therefore begins right from Std I. Every year, at least two field trips are taken by each class. They go to factories, businesses, retirement communities, farms, orphanages, schools for underprivileged kids, and other such locations. This improves the kids' empathy, communication, and teamwork in addition to providing them with an understanding of how things operate. They gain knowledge on how to evaluate data and circumstances critically.
