Widia Poornaprajna School’ started in the year 1988, under the aegis of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council, Udupi Dakshina Kannada which has been running many Educational Institutions in the Country. His Holiness Sri Vibudhesha Theertha Swamiji is the founder President. It has the Unique privilege of being guided by H.H.Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji, and H.H.Shri.Eeshapriya Theertha Swamiji, President of the council. Kennametal India Ltd formerly Widia India Limited has provided the land and basic infrastructure.
