DPSS was founded in 1947, by visionaries who dared to dream the seemingly impossible dream of giving quality education at affordable cost to children in every part of a newly born nation, even the remotest and most inaccessible corners of the country. DPSS is a non profit, non proprietary, unaided society which aims for complete personality development of its students across schools. Manas Sthali School is a co-educational and fully residential school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education-New Delhi. Founded in 1990,the school campus is located on the Bareilly-Lucknow Highway (NH-24) in an ecologically balanced zone with plenty of greenery.
