The school is run by Aswath Narayana Educational & Charitable Trust governed by Y. Aswath Narayana and the Board of Members. Mr. Y. Ashwath Narayana is a recipient of Bharat Jyothi Award, 1994. The Board Members discharge their highest capacity to the maximum for the growth of the children, staff, parents, and everybody associated. The school has all the necessary facilities in keeping with the modern trends in education.
