The School is managed by Shree Sharada Educational Trust, a trust that has been set up under the Indian Trust Act. Asian Christian High School was started in June 1996 by the Asian Christian Academy of India, a registered society under the Societies Act of 1860, as a major social outreach venture. This society is comprised of eminent personalities from all walks of life and is the apex body of the school.
